Last Orders: The Forgotten Pubs of Deal and Walmer
Hand drawn tribute to 22 of Deal and Walmer's lost pubs! This project took months and is made up of twenty-two individual pen drawings of pubs in Deal and Walmer that exist now only in our memories. Here are the pubs depicted on this print:
Saracen’s Head
Five Ringers
The Deal Castle
The Taphouse
The Star and Garter
The Oak and Ivy
The Royal Exchange Hotel
The Sandown Castle
The Brickmaker’s Arms
The Admiral Penn
The Lord Warden
The Yew Tree
The Pelican
The Telegraph
The Lord Clyde
The Strand
The Railway
The Fawn
The Jolly Gardner
The Roxburgh Castle
Queens Head
The Magnet
Each drawing is meticulously recreated using a variety of fineliner pens. The print also has a special hand drawn title to give it that vintage pub poster feel.
Exquisitely reproduced on high-quality 300g architect’s plan paper, each print is hand signed and hand numbered out of 100. Every print will also come with a small leaflet naming each pub on the print.
Available in two sizes: A4 or A3. Options are available for pick up or posted.
If you choose posted, A4 prints are sent flat in a board-backed envelope; A3 prints are rolled and shipped in a sturdy postal tube.
